* Girls are still taught to hate their bodies, base their worth on male validation, shrink themselves to avoid labels like “bossy,” “crazy,” or “difficult, and say “sorry” for everything.
* This outdated story creates silenced, disempowered, burnt-out, disconnected women.
* The Cabal will interrupt this damaging pattern—before it calcifies.
* We’ll create a generation of girls who don’t have to heal later in therapy—because they are empowered now.
* Mentorship, emotional support, and personalized coaching directly from Chelsey.
* Practical tools & communication skills based on the content of Chelsey’s book UNDERESTIMATED that have proven to help teenage girls navigate life with wholeness and impact.
* A community of girls who will support each other through struggles and celebrate each other's success.
* A space to discover how capable, worthy, and powerful she already is.
* The freedom to decide what to do with that power.
*The content of Chelsey’s book UNDERESTIMATED gives an overview of what will be explored, but some sample topics include:
Self-Doubt, Authenticity, Relationships (family, romantic, friends, etc.), Mental Health, Beauty, Social Media, Financial Literacy, Emotions, People-Pleasing, College, Nervous System Regulation, Perfectionism, Identity, The Inner Critic, Body Image, and Power.
*The Cabal is focused on helping a girl find her own thoughts, beliefs, and voice on any given topic.
If your daughter struggles with anxiety or overwhelm:
She’ll learn practical tools that help her navigate real life.
She’ll feel seen, supported, and less alone with a community of girls who get it.
If your daughter is high-achieving and driven:
It’s an experience that will stand out on her college resume while feeding her soul.
Chelsey will expand her worldview, challenge her, and help her step into leadership roles.
If you feel disconnected from your daughter:
Chelsey brings a trusted outside perspective that teenagers often receive more openly than parental advice.
When a teenage girl starts feeling more connected to herself, she’ll feel safer to open up to you. The Cabal helps her build that connection to her own authenticity.
